Everything you need to know before you book.

Where do you service?
We serve residential locations throughout Austin, TX. You'll enter your address before booking to confirm you're within our service area.
Do I need to provide anything?
Yes—we ask for access to a standard outdoor water spigot and a power outlet. We bring all our own equipment and supplies.
How long does a service take?
Exterior Wash typically takes 1 – 1.5 hours. Interior Clean runs 1.5 – 2 hours. The Works takes 2.5 – 3 hours. Times may vary based on vehicle size and condition.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily! As long as we have access to your vehicle, water, and power, we can take care of everything while you go about your day.
What if it rains on my appointment day?
We show up unless conditions make it impossible. If we need to reschedule, we'll reach out—or you're welcome to contact us on the day-of if you need to make a change. Otherwise, we'll be there.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. See full cancellation policy.
Are you insured?
Yes. All Wheel Shine carries general liability insurance for your peace of mind.
Do you offer gift cards?
We're working on it! In the meantime, reach out directly and we can set you up with a promo code through our booking platform.

All Wheel Shine was born out of a simple idea: to elevate mobile detailing. We set out to build a service that's more convenient, more professional, and that actually fits into people's busy lives.

We're David and Kate, a husband-and-wife team based in Austin, TX. We love this city and feel lucky to serve our neighbors. We come to your home and deliver a modern car wash experience that's reliable, thorough, and genuinely convenient.
