PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information. We do not store your credit card details directly.

These Terms shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Texas, United States, without respect to conflict of laws principles. Any claims or disputes shall be brought exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Austin, TX.
At All Wheel Shine, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide timely, high-quality service to all our clients, please review the following policy.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any charge.
We encourage clients to provide as much notice as possible if changes are needed. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice will not be charged any fee, and we will work with you to find a new time.
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $25 late change fee. This fee applies to all appointments regardless of the reason for the change.
If you have prepaid for your service, you will receive a full refund minus the $25 late change fee. If you only left a card on file, the $25 fee will be charged to that card.
By booking an appointment with All Wheel Shine, you acknowledge that this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy was presented to you at the time of booking and that you agreed to its terms, including the $25 late change fee.
All Wheel Shine memberships are designed for clients who value regular, recurring service. By selecting a recurring booking frequency, you agree to the following terms.
Memberships require a minimum of 3 completed service visits. If you cancel before completing 3 services, we will adjust any discounted services received to our standard pricing and charge the difference to the payment method on file.
Your membership discount is applied at the time of booking. To activate your discount, select a recurring frequency (Monthly or Every Other Month) during the booking process. Services booked as one-time appointments are not eligible for membership pricing.
After completing 3 services, you may cancel your membership at any time through our booking platform or by contacting us directly at info@allwheelshine.com. There are no long-term contracts beyond the 3-visit minimum.
Standard Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy terms apply to all membership appointments, including the $25 late change fee for cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
